I doubt there is a problem directly with this Display driver
(as it doesn't use a driver while booting e.g Verifying DMI Pool Data...")
Is this display adapter built into the board??
Check the temperature of the CPU and make sure the fan is working on it,
Change your display adapter is possible to see if it makes a difference
I once came across a machine which halted at the soundcard during bios boot.
The simple fix was to remove the faulty soundcard and place a new soundcard
in. How did you fix the halt at Verifying DMI Pool Data..."??
