Having problems repairing Gateway Essential 733 desktop. Computer would not power up. I thought it had a bad power supply and replaced it. When I press the power button, the fan in the power supply turns slightly, (less than 1 revolution), then stops. Power light flickers at the same time and goes off. No other signs of life. (Drive activity, BIOS beeps, nothing.) Any suggestions on what to check would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!
