hi my name is floyd carlyle and i may have a help for you it's called the
ultimate
boot disk. it can sometime make a drive fixable and even help install an
operating
system you can get it from startdisk.com, however they have several versions
for
different oss, you also need to read all the different helps before you use
it.  you
can copy and paste the information in wordpad,or print it out for reference.
this
boot disk really works most times if you use it with knowing what to do. you
can
partition, or fix the existing partition. i have used it and recomment it
many times.
some times you have to fdisk with the version of dos installed on your system.
also i would like to mention the have a "free versions".
