I am running windows 98 and recently upgraded my motherboard and cpu to a Gigabyte GA7DXE with an Athlon XP 1600.  I was able to boot up and resolve all the the conflicts (in device manager) by loading the drivers from the CD's of the installed cards and the motherboard utility disk.  I have one conflict left that I cannot resolve.  I have a yellow "!" next to the PCI System Management Bus which is listed under "Other Devices".  My motherboard manual says it recommends flashing the BIOS if I'm running Win 95 or Win 98.  It tells me the steps to choose when each screen pops up.  I started to go through the steps but the screens do not match what the manual is stating.  I have not flashed a BIOS before and I don't want to "guess" and what I'm supposed to do next.  I was wondering if anyone could help me with the conflict I'm having or with the flash proceedure.  I have not been successful, despite repeated attempts at getting any help from Gigabyte Tech Support.  I haven't even been able to reach a human as of yet...only voice mails which have gone un-returned.  Your help is much appreciated.
