  Binding NetBEUI to the Internet shouldn't be much of a risk, since
it's not routable.  At worst, you might be exposing your systems to a
few of your ISP's other nearby customers.
  The point of having NetBEUI, though, is to be able to unbind
NetBIOS from TCP/IP (and thus from the Internet).
