I'm looking for an electronic solution for cards that are currently:
1 -  printed
2 -  have a 'passport photo' stuck-on
3 - are finally laminated.

Would a 'video conferencing' camera be sufficient for the photo, or should I
consider a conventional digital camera ?
Has anyone any recommendations of software that could help ?
