Some (or all of this) should be available from a tech support call to DELL
or from the original factory manual.
Another way would be to get a "birth certificate" from DELL on the WEB
(using the service tag number) to identify what class machine this is and
what family name they use in their other documentation that is(?) available.
(Unless it is too old, and is being "weeded out" just when the info would
have actually been useful to someone.)

Just pray that they entered it into the database correctly in the first place...
(I have seem them come up wrong...)
