Hello All,

On a fresh Win95B install, the external Motorola ModemSurfr 56K will
connect fine to the internet the first time. If I disconnect and try to
reconnect at a later time it says the computer is not receiving a response
from the modem. If I use another communications program it connects with no
problems, and then if I connect to the internet, it connects the first time
again, and after that, the same error message appears as above. If I go to
Control Panel, Modems, Diagnostics, More Info, it communicates with the
modem and gives me a report. Then I can connect to the internet again but
only once. For some reason, when I disconnect from the internet, it's not
resetting. Any suggestions?

Thanks in Advance,

Dennis Thiel
