motherboard ranking

We decided to get into the all in one motherboards.
IŽd like some advice , a kind of ranking, of those motherboards.
Network card, video and audio are important. Modem could be included.
Micro ATX woul be  good.
The pcs will be used for office. W98SE, Office 2000, accounting software...
IŽd be very gratefull if I was indicated a site that maintains this stuff updated.
