sounds like you need to look at your power supply. ul is an universally excepted way of saying an electronical device is legit. if it dont have a ul then anything on your motherboard might be getting more or less power than it is suppose to which could be a major problem. best thing to do is go to www.ebay.com and find you another mother board and power supply.
