Colby,

You connect your hard drive led by connecting one of the wires in the harness
that came with your case/power supply. These are small gauge wires and are
usually marked something like hd led or the like. There is no direct
connection from the hard drive to the led. It all goes through the
motherboard. Hope this helps.
