You have an old motherboard and an old BIOS.  You need to get the updated BIOS for your mobo.  It cannot see drives bigger than 2 gigs.  If you can't get that, if your drive is a Western Digital, in the software that came with it, or from their web site, you can get EZ drive, which will allow you to run a big drive on your system.




 i have just installed a 60 gig hdd but after i installed windows 98se i looked in properties and it told me that the hdd was only 2 gig...what have i done wrong?
