Over the last few weeks I have noticed that my computer clock is

This could also be problem at your ISP,  If their clock is off, it may be
resetting yours everytime you log on.  I had the same problem until I spoke
with our ISP.  He said, Oh, I know,  I keep forgetting to set the clock and
its resetting yours.  See what happens if you don't log on for some time.
