Go to the website http:/www.h45.com.  They sell Quick-Drive and Quick-CD
kits that let you convert old hard drives and CDROM's to make them portable
via parallel port or PC card slot.  I own the Quick Drive and its great.

          A few months I read in a magazine about a device that will
convert an internal cd-rom drive to an external. Does anyone know about
