While this may fall under the PCSOFT umbrella, I feel this is a good
place to ask. If you feel it should be submitted to the PCSOFT folks,
then please let me know and I will resubmit. It's sort of one of those
grey areas crossing both specific items.

Since many of you are actually in the business of troubleshooting
PC/Laptop problems, what diagnostic and/or troubleshooting software are
you currently using the most - meaning the piece of software or software
package you have the most confidence in helping you diagnose problems.
I realize there is no one magic bullet in this area and the cost of this
type software can run the gamut of money ranges, but please toss out as
many as you feel you would recommend. I'd like to research them and see
if one or more would help me get better in troubleshooting my own
systems. Again, I fully realize it's a subjective thing, but would
appreciate hearing from people more experienced than I.

Thanks in advance,

Bo Dirigo
