Yes in general.
But as I know the Intel chipsets have its own video developments (not
bad for office progs). VIA chipsets used S4 Savage video on it's mobo
(not bad for office too). And only new NVidia chipsets (for Pentium 4
have GeForth 2MX (sufficient for gaming). So will do the new ATI
chipsets for mobo (in the nearest future).
Then using an old Pentium 4 (1400 MHz) with NVidia chipsets is a good idea,
howewer to use pentium 4 (2200 MHz) is a foolish one. With this
proc you should use an external AGP card.
