        While it will probably work without changing it I strongly recommend you DO
change it. The problem is that you will not be able to access any website
that shares the 199.199.199.xxx addresses. While this may not be a problem
at the moment it will come back to bite you eventually. By using the private
addresses you will never bump into this problem. TTYL
