Sounds to me like your trying to just pop your hard drives in without
reinstalling !?? I that is the case I don't wonder that it won't start
because your old system most likely has difernt hard drive controllers than
your new system.

 You could try to reinstall on top of your old system or, put the hard
drives video and one stick ram back into the old system and remove them with
the device manager then put it all back into the new system..    Probally a
lot easyer to install over the old install and then go into the device
manager and remove the things that you don't have.
