Hello,  I am a student worker in Kean University fixing computer problems.
I ran into a problem that no one has idea on how to fix it.  The problem is
when I save something in Wordperfect 6.1, and  I tried to open it and it
says unknown format.  I went to another computer saved something on a disk
to check if it was the disk, and went back to the computer with the problem
and it opened the file. I changed the floppy drive, reinstalled the
software, and nothing works.  I save a file and try to open it and it says
unknown format. Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your
