Clean out your temp files, temp internet files, run disk cleanup,  then run scandisk, and finally disk defrag.  One cannot simply lose 3 gigs overnight while the machince sleeps.  If you open the drive by double-clicking my computer, then right click on it, and choose properties, does it still show those 3 gigs missing?
