Aside from things just plain "going wrong" or breaking due to
some unknown "bump in the night" (so to speak),
any time TWO OS installations share ANYTHING, you have
to be VERY careful about "cleaning things up" manually,
AND especially NOT letting any type of automatic cleaning utility
do cleaning for you...
Unless utilities are very smart and know what you are doing, it could
easily trash you... Most are "pretty dumb" when it comes to anything
"off the wall" or "custom"...

I NEVER let Norton do ANYTHING completely running on
full automatic. (Well, except go and get my AV defs, and monitor.)
