I also use a Mag 19",model 986FS. Have been using over a year with no problems but have found it can be a little erratic at some refresh settings.Worked in video for several years, suggest you try different refresh rate and resolutions, also try reseating your video card. If you get unstability at any other setting, I would suspect a problem in the HV Pwr supply. At full screen you are putting max load on the pwr supply, poss leaky B+ boost cap.You might want to check out this pagehttp://www.maginnovision.com/Service_Support/faq_general.html.
