Develop good back up habits, run the quick restore CD, and once the sytem is up
and running, install apps/games one by one allowing sufficient time to see if
everything is working correctly.

One last thing, if you downloaded AOL 4.X that is the cause of your problems. Do
NOT use the AOL 4.X from AOL, use what ever came with your computer.
