Intel made a atatement saying that we are just ignorant thats why they said
it runs at 400MHz when it actually is a 100MHz Quad pumped
which equals 400MHz (Quad pumped means to send 4 bits of data down the line
per clock cycle rather then sending the 1 bit of data that it normally would
per cycle.

All Pentium 4's run at so CALLED 400MHz the all have the quad pumped feature
