I don't know a whole lot about this (yet - I am in the process of doing the
same thing myself), but I would check out a program called "Wingate".  It
allows you to set up proxy accounts on your server to give internet portals
to the PC's on the network.  You can download a shareware version, but I
don't know if it will provide that feature.  I'm sure others on the list are
more familiar with the particulars.
