Hi Rick-

I suggest you download the latest G200 drivers. The last time I checked
(Dec. 6) 4.26 was the most recent. Here's a brief description: "File name:
1677_426.exe, Oct.26, 1998 1.70 MB,Win 98 and Win 95 driver Version 4.26.
This product includes a display driver and the Matrox PowerDesk for Windows
95/98 for the G200 only (including G200 PCI). Includes DirectX6 and Flat
Panel support ..." Make sure you remove your current drivers before
installing the new ones.

Here's where I found it:
ftp://ftp.matrox.com/pub/mga/millg200/win95/1677_426.exe

I've had problems with the G200 AGP on a Soyo SY-5EH motherboard that uses
ETEQ Bus Master Drivers. Updating the drivers for both helped a lot. Other
suggestions- check the BIOS for "Assign IRQ" and "AGP Enabled" and if you
need to you can disable Bus Mastering in Matrox PowerDesk/Display
Properties/Settings/Advanced.

I hope some or all of this is of use,

Michael.
