I'd "go with the flow" since MS approved this and allowed it to happen...

Having said that, (since they get the final say...),
"Generally speaking", when you get an OEM license, it is for a specific
set of hardware (one machine with certain parts...)
How and when that machine changes "enough" to become a different
machine is something MS is the only one that can (and will) decide...
When it is a different machine (as NOT clearly defined above) it no longer
qualifies for the original "OEM" license to be used again...
IMHO, if ALL those parts changed, that voided the original idea of the
"OEM type" license...  The biggest "problem" with this question is that
the "best" descriptions of this type of question and answer are on the
MS OEM WEB site, and that is for Registered OEMs and is password
protected...  (So if I went and got a link, it would do you no good unless
you were an OEM too, and could assess that site...)
