I am running ZoneAlarms on my PC.  With this I could make sure which program
has the permit to get to the Internet.  For all but one programs I was sure
what I'm doing with them (allow - not allow - asking each time etc.)since I
know what they are expected to do.  Onle 1 thing is anoying, the IPC server
MSIPCSV.exe ver 1.01.  This resides in Windows\system and everytime I
connect to Internet it tries to get on as well.  However I blocked it 'cause
I don't know what is this app doing on my machine.  And I didn't see any
thing strange to my apps, connections..  Could anyone give a light on this,
do you have the same thing on your machine?  what is it doing on the
Internet?
