I'm not sure if this info will help or not Ian, but HP has a toll free
number for support @ 1-800-HP-INVENT. Also the full address for requesting
support via e-mail is:
http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/eng/contact/email_1.html. Supposedly, LCD monitors have support for all kinds of resolution settings,
but recommend using their "native" resolution, although I have no idea why.
Resolutions above 800x600 on my 17" monitor makes print a might difficult to see
clearly.
