Susan,

I bought it from Multiwave Technology at http://www.mwave.com/ They are
showing a price of $86 now.
Their website says the $20 rebate deal is good through 2/28/99. I thought it
was over already so if you're interested in this scanner, you'd better check
it out soon and see if the rebate is still good. No it doesn't scan    8 1/2
x 14.
