"RNAUI.DLL" is the Dialup Networking User Interface. Do you have anything
enabled that dials out on a schedule? Or do you have Dialup Server installed and
enabled, and perhaps someone is calling in on your data line?

I've also noticed an option -- somewhere -- that calls for the computer to "wake
up" when the phone rings.  I believe I found that option in the Advanced section
of the Win95 Power Management feature in the control panel.  Maybe disabling it,
in addition to disabling the overall Win95 power management will help.

On the other hand, maybe just replacing the new version of RNAUI.DLL with the
8/24/96 version will fix it, too.
