It all depends. Windows 95 OSR2 was supposed to support USB, but it was never
very good with USB and a lot of USB products refused to work with Windows 95
at all. As far as upgrading to Windows 98, if you have the upgrade version,
you can upgrade over W95 (in this case, you would not need a copy of W95)
however a clean install is defiantly the way to go. To do a clean install
with an upgrade version, it will request that you insert proof of upgrade
eligibility (your W95 disc) before it will let you install W98. If you do not
have the upgrade version of windows 98, it will not let you upgrade over a
previous version of Windows, it will require a clean install.
