I think the main concern with an older system that came with only a 14 inch
screen is whether the video card will support a 15 inch LCD.  Although this
isn't likely a problem, make sure that the video card has a standard VGA
output connector.  Second, make sure that the video card has at least 2mb of
onboard video memory.  Most 15 inch LCDs support a native resolution of
1024x768.  You'll need 2mb of video memory for 1024x768x16 resolution and
4mb of memory for 1024x768x32 resolution.

You probably should check to see what refresh rate the LCD requires at these
resolutions and whether the video card supports these refresh rates, too.
Assuming it has enough video memory, this probably will be okay, since LCDs
don't use very high refresh rates.
