Hey Rick! Other than this problem, I hope all is well with you.

For the problem:  After having reset the BIOS using the pin jumpers as you
mentioned - if it were me - I would down load and install the latest flash
update "again." It wouldn't cost anything but a little time and it wouldn't
hurt.

I tend to fault the drive translation between hardware and bios with the
newer-large drives before I believe the OS suddenly failed.
