        The easiest way to get rid of a CMOS password without opening a computer is
to use a CMOS erasing program, such as killcmos (I think that's the name).
It completely wipes out the CMOS, which should take the password with it. I
have used it on a few computers that could not be opened for various reasons
and it worked very well. Type killcmos on an internet search engine and you
should find it. TTYL
