Hello,

Back in 1999 I relied on a lot of help from PCBuild subscribers in assembling a computer from scratch.

Specs were 300Mh Celeron overclocked to 450Mh in a Asus P2B board.

Board has apparently died as it will not go to POST. Tried removing and replacing battery. Or could this be the CPU rather than the board?

A friend has has an Intel P3 933Mh CPU for me if I can find a board for it. What 370 socket board would you suggest I try to find for this?

Likewise he has an AMD Duron 1300 if I can find a board for it. Again which socket A board would you recommend I try to find for it?

Thanks in advance for your help.
