Did you do a flash update on the BIOS that may have failed? You also need to check to see if the video card and the CPU are properly seated, although if the EEPROM is not fried, it should beep on POST. Are you getting a message on your monitor screen that says your monitor is working and you should check your connection? Is it possible this machine took a lightning strike or power surge? Possibly your new power supply put out too much current when it got fired up and fried the EEPROM. If there are absolutely no beeps and no POST, your mobo may be history. You might want to contact the manufacturer if it is still under warranty.
