Yes, you also need a line like this in your autoexec.bat.  Once installed it
is in the windows\path directory.  On an upgrade system it is in the dos
directory.  It may be on your CD.

Here was the line in my autoexec.bat before windows was installed:
MSCDEX.EXE /D:MSCD001 /M:12 /L:Z /V

usage: MSCDEX [/E/K/S/V] [/D:<driver> ... ] [/L:<letter>] [/M:<buffers>]

The /D: is the driver as assigned from the config.sys.  The /L: indicates
the drive letter you want to have for the CD.  I use Z so that it won't
change if I add a hard drive or change the partition sizes.  The amount of
xtra resources this uses is very small.
