My Logitech MX700 cordless mouse developed a problem with the wheel. Under
warranty, Logitech sent me an MX1000 as a replacement, but I purchased a
Logitech G7 before I knew I would get a replacement. Since the MX1000 and G7
are very similar, I thought to ask the list for any comments you may have.
Both mice (mouses?) are laser and have the same form factor. I know that the
G7 is touted as being particularly good for games, but I don't play games
(except for tetris, backgamon, and my programming ;).

I have not opened the MX1000 since I might want to sell it. Any comments as
to benefits of using each?

Thank you.

Peter
