Would anyone know of a way to 'virtually' monitor a folder in Windows
such that should a file-type of a certain sort (e.g., .txt, .zip,
etc...) arrive an alert could be sent across the network (or, at
minimum, the local user) to a user notifying them of its arrival? This
would bemost helpful to me and others. TIA.
