Ok, let's concentrate on one program and see if we can figure it out for
that one and see if it fixes them all.  I don't understand what you mean
by "fields" or "active pages" when using Word.  If he is in a Word
document and is typing in a line and presses TAB, what happens?  Or is
it somewhere else in Word that this problem can be seen.  Have you tried
a different keyboard?
