"Subject: Internet Connectivity Issue

I have had a hard time being able to get around on the internet lately. I am
running Windows 98SE. I can be on the internet for a couple of hours and
then all of the = sudden I get this when trying to check my email:

A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to connect to the server. Account: =
'postoffice.swbell.net', Server: 'postoffice.swbell.net', Protocol: = POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC15

I use Outlook Express and I connect to 4 different emails, it can check =
them for about 2 hours at will, then this happens. If I reboot, it goes =
back to normal. My PC says it is connected tot he internet but I can't =
check my email or surf whent his happens. It has to be a small setting that
got changed somehow, I just can't find = it.

Anyone have any ideas?"

Hello! What is your connection type to the internet? I have cable and have
had issues like yours. Adelphia (GREAT customer service by the way) finally
replaced the Teradyne modem with an older Motorola which has lessened the
occurances considerably. By what you write, I don't believe that your
machine is the problem.

Hope this helps!
