Yes, that version should be able to use PAE. This is not an app, it is a
boot setting to the OS. PAE stands for Physical Address Extension. The Xeon
processors should support it. It only makes sense if you have more than 4GB
of memory installed.

Linux can also take advantage of this, they call it hugemem support.

I have a couple servers running 2003 r2; can they use that app that you 
referred to that can address beyond the 4gb limit?
I Xeon pairs and you called the app PAE.
