Looks like you have a stick of 30 PIN 80ns Parity SIMMS.
It is either 1 meg or 4 meg and most likely one meg. >>Two half meg chips
and one extra for parity.
  30 pin simms can be installed in old 286, 386 and some 486 boards in sets
of four OR they can also be used on old AWE 32 sound cards for additional
MIDI memory in sets of two.
Value for 1 meg is around 1 dollar and 4 meg around 6 dollars US.
