The best way to go about a solution here is create a new installation disc
for each pc.

On each computer you don't have an install disc for right-click My Computer
and select properties.
On the General tab under registration details you will see a twenty digit
code that will look something like this:
                55274-640-0557461-23353

The first group (55274) is the Product ID and governs how the CD acts - in
this case it is a generic OEM or Volume License. The second group (640) is
the Channel ID and sets which product keys the CD will accept and is the one
we are interested in. Make a note of this number as you will need it to
make your new XP discs.

Next use your favourite disc imaging software (I use MagicISO) to create an
iso image of your XP disc.

Mount the iso image and open the file setupp.ini which can be found in
the i386 folder. It will look something like this:

[Pid]

ExtraData=796674736977656D7A622E385892A4
Pid=55274640

Substitute the last three digits in the Pid section with the number you got
from the system properties and save your new iso file.

Burn to a CD and you are finished.

Good Luck
Jon
