I don't think that a TMC AI5VP (www.mycomp-tmc.com)
would suit you "out of the box" because I have found it
to be "touchy", and you specifically called for no RMA's,
but if your shopping, they sell near me for $65.00 and I know
that distributor is making money off of me, you might do better.
It's a VIA VPX-B chipset, 75 mhz max, it will run a K-2 but only
at 66 or 75, of course.  I know people who have put K-2 266
on them @ 66mhz.

Meets all your other requirements, has 4
EDO, 1 SDRAM, 4 PCI and 3 ISA.  I like it slightly more than the
TX boards I have tried, and once I'm through burning a system in
I have never had a failure (several have failed during burn-in).
I am not using them myself anymore, but if price is really important,
you might test one.
