I use and sell their scanners. Been doing so for years. Have really liked
the scanner product line. It has fit my companies philosophy of selling only
high quality products. The only real problem I have had in that respect was
a driver problem with USB installed that they did not really produce a good
fix. Customer service is good but tech support is poor. (Don't need much
tech support with a scanner that I can't fix.)

Have never had any experience with their puters.
