I am running Win 7, Dell 54 Studio and somehow someway, this McAfee didn't
knock me from getting this trojan. I called Dell, but software will
charge me to get rid of it or either I have to pay 239.00 for 1 year to software
for the coverage. I only have hardware coverage which doesn't cover it,
and the guy at Dell refused to help me do a recovery saying even if I did a
recovery, it wouldn't get rid of the virus.
The link I clicked on said it was safe with a green check of McAfee and
Firefox's WOT.... so I dont know was I got it if said it was safem and which
are the best free anti-viruses can I download so I wont get getting one of
these again.

Want I can read of them so far is:

Trohan Horse IRC/backdoor.SdBot4.FRV
_W32.Yaha.B@mm_ (mailto:W32.Yaha.B@mm)
_W32.Nimda.J@mm_ (mailto:W32.Nimda.J@mm)
Adware.Win32.Look2me.ab
Trojan.Qoologic - Key Logger

There appears to be more that is below the line I can't read. I have done
two full scans on McAfee, and Microsoft Security Essentials, McAfee found
what I wrote down, but am unable to find anything about it on Google search
or Microsoft either. Its Artemis!055CE7AA179

I also uninstalled Firefox, then reinstalled it cause every time I open
it, it opens up about 1 1/2 " square and when I pull it down, it has all the
above written on it and whatever wants me to install something to get rid
of it. But I didn't know if that was something that might invade this
computer further or what so I never did. I have run several more scans, and it
keeps saying it's clean... yet when I open Firefox, it will say the same
thing as above only that 2 inch square.

McAfee said it was quarantined, but when I try to open Firefox it has all
those viruses showing. I have searched on Microsoft for some tool to get
rid of it, but can't find any. Harriet
