William,

I have an Antec SX1040BII Tower that I have been very please with. It has an
Antec 400 watt trupower supply. I am running an AMD XP 3200+ with 2 SATA
drives, 3 IDE drives, DVD Burner and CDRW Burner. Never a hiccup! Lots of
room. Easy to work on. Almost tool free design. Removeable hard drive cages
makes installation a breeze. The only downside is the size (10 bays) and
weight (and some complain of the plastic drive cover door). And the color is
not quite black, but more of a charcoal. I also have an older 300 watt Antec
PS in a full tower Antec case that has given good service for about 4 years.

Available from NewEgg

for about $103 with shipping.

Good Luck
