Ed;
I have used the method explained here to create a winxp boot disk w/SP1
http://www.windows-help.net/WindowsXP/winxp-sp1-bootcd.html
Follow the instructions exactly or your cd won't be bootable.
You also need Nero version 5.5.9.0 or above.
You run the SP1 patch on the windows xp files before
burning the bootable cd.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Win-XP Pro cd-rom

> Hi Listers: I have a licensed retail CD of XP-Pro and, I would like to use
it, along with a download of Service Pack 1, to create a XP install CD, that
incorporates SP1, so that I can install XP, without having to then patch SP
1. Can this be done, and how exactly would I go about making such a CD.
